Q. There's a story on AFP about a restaurant called "Little Bay", and AFP is saying this is a "novel idea". But it's not a new idea - that other restaurant did it first, as far as I know, and there's also an Indian restaurant in New York today which does the same thing. Googling is useless - does anybody remember the name of this 1970s restaurant? It was very popular. I don't think it was the same one, but well done for finding Just Around The Corner. This one sold up around 1979, and I think was more centrally located.

Trying to trace a Sergeant in the Parachute Regiment who was imprisoned in the early 1970s?
Q. Is there any way to trace a soldier who may well still be in prison? I am unsure, as a civilian, how the process works. I know he was imprisoned in a military prison in the early 1970s for stabbing his CO to death. Would he stay there for the whole sentence or be moved to a civilian prison- is there any way I might be able to find him? I only ask as my father is not too healthy any more and this old soldier (who would now be in his early 60s I think) was a childhood friend, and he'd like to see, or hear from him, once more. Please do not judge him on his actions as I really want to find out if I can get hold of him- thanks.

Q. Hello. Both my parents were members of fundamental christian cults during the 1970s. I would like to find out if there are other people out there who have parents that participated in the Christian fundamentalist movement during the 70s, and what sort of psychological damage or emotional trauma they have sustained due to Christian fundamentalist teachings. A best answer would include a) an experience you had as a child of fundamentalist parents, and b) the cult/group your parents were involved in. best answer will get full points.

Majority of immigrants from over Mongolian border would most likely immigrate to those Mongol populated areas near the border (Buryatia, Ulan Ude, Kyzyl, etc.) In this general region you will find the highest concentration of Mongol people.
